Ingredients
50 gr vegan butter
100 gr brown butter
70 gr maple syrup
50 gr Sesame seeds
80 gr goji berries
50 gr dried cranberries
35 gr dried apricots
1 weetabix
45 gr rolled oats
75 gr flour
I used my food processor (imilar to the Thermomix), so here's the recipe (see below the regular recipe without the Thermomix)
1) place the butter, the sugar and the syrup in the food processor, speed 2, 4 minutes at 60 oC
2) place all the remaining ingredients into the paste: 30 seconds, speed 2
3) Place baking paper onto a medium size oven tray, scoop the mixture into the tray and with a spoon press down carefully so all the edges are covered and well pressed in
4) bake - covered with some paper - for 25 minutes at 200 oC
5) let everything cool and then cut into small rectangles
Normal process
1) place the butter, the sugar and the syrup a small saucepan and heat everything on medium until the butter and sugar are melted
2) place all the remaining ingredients into a food processor. Blend for a few second, then add the sugar and butter mixture and blend thoroughly for another minutes.
3) Place baking paper onto a medium size oven tray, scoop the mixture into the tray and with a spoon press down carefully so all the edges are covered and well pressed in
4) bake - covered with some paper - for 25 minutes at 200 oC
5) let everything cool and then cut into small rectangles
