Veganuary Day #11

Breakfast:

3 dates, 2 kiwis, 8 blackberries, 5 strawberries, 40gr rolled oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 2 tablespoons mango, topped with 250-300 ml soy milk


Lunch:

Vegetable burger with basmati rice and sautéed Forrest mushrooms 



Teatime:
1/2 baguette with cream Sheese with garlic and herbs
some doritos

Dinner: ordered take away stir fry noodles with tofu and soy sauce and it was terrible... Not recommendable and very frustated so I ate a few more doritos :(
