Smoothie: oats, strawberries, teaspoon of sugar and soy milk

Probably the worst meal since the start of veganuary. I had no dairy free options at the canteen, not even the falafel (it was covered in yogurt sauce). I ate boiled green beans, with tomato and carrots.
