Recipe #79 Vegetable Burgers

Ingredients

2 small carrots
1 medium zucchini
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 cup of plain flour
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 can of chickpeas
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast


Place everything in a food processor and blend till it is a smooth paste. Make little patties with a spoon or your hands (flour them first so the mixture won't stick).

In a frying pan heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the patties on both side for a couple of minutes.
