12 days in and i'm feeling great. Thanks to vegan alternatives to milk and cheese i dont miss anything or have had any cravings. I feel though that eating out has been a mix between "what should i eat" and "the only thing i can eat here is crap". Going on vegan holidays will be an adventure, and a great test for this Veganuary !

Breakfast time:
Smoothie with oats, dates, soy milk, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, blackberries and chia seeds
(the other smoothie had soy milk, cocoa, oats, strawberries, chia seeds and a banana)
Lunch time:
Vegetable and chickpea pattie with boiled rice and cooked mixed vegetables
Tea time:
Jasmine tea and Berry Cheeky Nakd nut bar
Dinner time:
left over rice with stir fry mushrooms, broccoli and tofu cubes
Pappadams to snack on ! :)
