- 1 avocado
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
- Baby Spinach leaves
- 1 tomato
In a food processor blend the avocado, lemon juice, cashew nuts and nutritional yeast. Season with salt and pepper and blend until you have a smooth paste.
