Breakfast


Smoothie with cucumber, strawberries, mango and kiwi. Added chia seeds.

Lunch

Rice and green beans with mushrooms stroganoff.


Snack time


Rose tea, a pear and a clementine.

Dinner


Avocado tomato spinach sandwich


Sweet potato crips


Mushrooms with bitter garlic thyme & violife
