Baguette with avocado paste, tomato and spinach.

Dinner

Potato wedges,
spinach, tomato, cucumber, carrot quinoa salad,
asparagus and kale steamed with garlic,
zucchini fried slices,
tomato lentil quinoa and chilli sweet sauce.
