Mean green smoothie: 1 lime (peeled), 3 dates (without stones), spinach, 1/2 cucumber (partially peeled), 2 big strawberries, 1/2 avocado, 1 tablespoon chia seeds and soy milk.
Lunch: pasta with tomato sauce, nutritional yeast, violife cheese. Topped with mushrooms, zucchini and spinach
Teatime: nakd cashew cookie bar
15gr "tesco free from" milk bar
Dinner: vegetable broth and noodle soup
1/2 baguette with mock meat
