Recipe #106 Cucumber and Banana Smoothie

Shopping list


  • 1 peeled kiwi
  • 1 peeled banana
  • 15 raspberries
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 partially peeled cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 300ml water 


Method 

Blende everything in a smoothie maker or blender or food processor ! Gives 600ml of smoothie.
125 calories per 300ml portion.
