- 500g white or brown flour
- 7g sachet fast-action dried yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 325ml lukewarm water
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
I make this in a bread machine. Sometimes when i am in a hurry I use the quick program1h20 min but i think it tastes even better on the normal program of 3h20min. Enjoy !
