Recipe #8 Olive Tapenade

Ingredients
  • 300 gr of olives (drain canned) (black, green or mixed)
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons 
  • Dry parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves


Method 

Place everything in a food processor or chopper:

  • the olives, pitted,
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • 1/2 tablespoon of parsley,
  • 2 garlic cloves.

Chop until you get a smooth paste. Serve with some pieces of homemade bread.
