Recipe #8 Olive Tapenade
Ingredients
300 gr of olives (drain canned) (black, green or mixed)
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Dry parsley
2 garlic cloves
Method
Place everything in a food processor or chopper:
the olives, pitted,
2 tablespoons of olive oil,
1/2 tablespoon of parsley,
2 garlic cloves.
Chop until you get a smooth paste.
Serve with some pieces of homemade bread.
